    OMG - Seriously! This series is so fun, colorful, fashionable, intense and we can’t say it enough: GIRL POWER! MUST WATCH!

    If you love Rio de Janeiro, Samba and beaches…. This is the right show for you! It is really empowering watching these women thrive in the 50’s. 



  • Marriage Story (U.S.A.)
  • “A stage director and his actor wife struggle through a gruelling, coast-to-coast divorce that pushes them to their personal and creative extremes.”

    Laura Dern won the Oscar for best Actress in a Supporting Role, and many nominations along with it. It’s an intense story and relatable, even if you have never gotten married. So deep, so true, so poetic.

    • Yoga With Adrienne - check her out on Youtube and strive for mindfulness and peaceful meditation!
    • MadFit - another choice if you’re into guided practice. Also on Youtube. 
    • Lacy Phillips - To Be Magnetic: this is not on youtube exclusively, but on her website (or on her free-join group on FB) she guides you through life’s manifestation and realization of your own faults.

    DIY Coffee Scrub:

    Mix some coffee grain, coconut oil and some honey for a facial mask at home. (If coconut oil is not your jam, replace it with your favorite.) It’s a natural exfoliant that hydrates your skin and brings more brightness yet less puffiness. Twice a week for real results ~ Let us know what you think!
